February Resolution - Destash

I made some New Year's Resolutions, I just didn't mention them because I knew I wouldn't be getting to them in January. Most quilters have a few standard resolutions, one being "I need to do something about my stash" (and by stash, I mean fabric.)

There are a few options to deal with the stash, either make stuff with it or find someone else to make something with it. For the piles above, I'm going with the second option. I'm going to de-stash it (get it out of my stash and into someone else's).

I have some destash for sale in my Etsy shop. Last year I had 39 listings and I sold 29 of them, and 2 I unlisted because I found a use for them myself. This year I listed 18 items and have already sent 3 to new homes.

My goal with the destash isn't to make money from it, it really is to get the fabric out of my closet, so I have room to buy more fabric that I really will use. The fabric isn't free as I do want to get back the fees involved and it does take time to photograph and list all those items, but if you're looking for a bargain, this is the place.

The listings are all one-of-a-kind so when they're gone, they're gone.
