June a busy month for quilt shows



There are a lot of opportunities this month to view lots of quilts. None of mine, not this time, anyway!

National Quilting Association's 43rd Annual Quilt Show
June 14-16, 2012, 9 am-5 pm
$10 per day, classes are offered
Greater Columbus Convention Center, Hall C

Good Fibrations: Art Quilts & Art Dolls
Through June 23, 2012, Wed. through Sat. 12 noon-4 pm
High Road Gallery, 12 E Stafford Ave., Worthington 
Worthington is about 10 miles north of Columbus

The Original Creative Festival
June 28-30, 2012, Thurs. and Fri. 10 am-5 pm, Sat. 10 am-4 pm
$8 per day, $16 3-day pass, Classes are offered
Sharonville Convention Center, 11355 Chester Road, Sharonville 
Sharonville is about 15 miles north of Cincinnati

Creative Statements: Ohio Art Quilts
The first state-wide exhibition of art quilts and fiber by Ohio members of the Studio Art Quilt Association, and several of my fellow Miami Valley Art Quilt Network members are in the exhibit.
Through July 6, 2012, Wed-Sat 10 am-5 pm, open until 7:30 pm on Thurs
$6 admission
Zanesville Museum of Art
Zamesville is about 1 hour east of Columbus
